Oyster Bay Public School Band Program

Welcome students and parents of Oyster Bay Public School!

You should have received your Offer Letter (Step 4) as confirmation of your Instrument Preferences request.

On this page you will complete Step 5 as listed in the Upscale Music email.

Please fill out the form below, agreeing to the terms and conditions to complete and pay for your enrolment with Upscale Music.

Key Program Information

  • Start Date: Term 2, Week 2

  • Rehearsals: Mondays, 7:45 am – 8:45 am (School Hall)

  • Tutorials: Mondays, 30-minute small group sessions (Before and after school)

  • Cost: $250 per student, per term 

  • Starter Kit: $95 (One-off purchase: includes music book, stand, and instrument specific cleaning supplies)

​Future Direct Debit Acceptance

By clicking Continue you will be directed through subsequent steps that will charge your payment method for your first Term 2, 2026 payment of $250. This payment is for forthcoming term band / lesson fees.

While your child is enrolled, your payment method will be direct debited in the last week of each term. You will be sent reminder emails 2 weeks prior to payment date.

 

For example, in Week 8 of Term 2 you will first receive emails from Upscale Music to confirm that you will be billed. In Week 10 of Term 2 you will be direct debited in advance to cover Term 3 fees.

By ticking the agreement box, you are giving your consent for Upscale Music to deduct fees in Term 3, Term 4 and following school terms, while your child is enrolled.

Dates for the processing of fees are advertised in our Terms and Conditions. The process for terminating enrolment is also described in this document.

 

All direct debit payments for band participation and lessons are held securely and encrypted, by Upscale Music's payment provider.

​

Why do we do this? Direct debit helps us simplify our accounting processes reducing the amount of time taken to manually process each enrolment transaction. We will charge an administration fee if manual processing is required.
